Over the years, we have faced a multitude of issues but undeterred, we have devised several solutions that help us continue sharing the gift of resilience with underprivileged children.

THE PROBLEM
In every disaster, women, children, adolescent girls and boys, as well as underprivileged communities are affected the most.

BE A PART OF OUR SOLUTION
We run programmes to protect and secure the most disadvantaged children of India in several ways.
CREATION OF CHILDREN GROUPS- We engage children in Children’s Groups for emergency preparedness and Disaster Risk Reduction in geographically vulnerable areas or urban/rural hotspots and conflict zones.
ORIENTATION ON CHILD ABUSE- We ensure the orientation of principals, teachers, and counsellors on child abuse and The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act of Government.
CREATING A SAFE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT- We ensure schools remain safe by implementing a school safety framework, which is also prepared if they are faced with a disaster or an emergency situation.
ACTIVE PARTICIPATION & RESPONSIBILITIES- We involve children and communities by the way of active participation as well as assigning roles and responsibilities in emergency preparedness, evacuation plan, and undertaking drills and simulations.
TECHNICAL INTERVENTION- We harness technology by working with our partners to find interventions that are helpful during a crisis.
