BE A PART OF OUR SOLUTION

We run programmes to protect and secure the most disadvantaged children of India in several ways.

  • BANISH CHILD MARRIAGES- We work to alleviate the issue of child marriages by coordinating with the local police and authorities.
  • BUILDING AWARENESS- We work to build and spread awareness around gender equality, perils and health risks of child marriage amongst community members.
  • CHILDREN’S GROUPS AND CHILD WELFARE COMMITTEES- We create several Children’s Groups and Child Welfare Committees in villages, wards, and districts across India to ensure the protection of children and their rights.
  • CHILDREN-LED APPROACH- We work towards a community-led and children-led approach to curb issues like labour, marriage, and abuse amongst children.
  • SOCIAL PROTECTION SCHEMES– Through our work, we link families to Social Protection Schemes and ensure childbirths are registered for them to be associated with Anganwadi centres and schools.
  • EMPOWER CHILDREN– We help empower children, foster child participation, as well as give them the power to demand and report anything they find inappropriate or unjustified.
  • EMPOWER THE GIRL CHILD– We empower girls in numerous communities to raise their voice against abuse, harassment, eve-teasing, and inequality of any kind.
  • TRAINING & CERTIFICATION– We make sure that our staff members and partners are trained and certified on child protection and gender equality so that the children feel safe at all times.
